We returned from vacation to find someone had broken into our vehicle and destroyed the ignition, fortunately they were not successful in stealing our vehicle.
My son-in-law helped me research mobile locksmiths who could help with repairs. We contacted 3. . . One immediately said they couldn’t help because of the type of vehicle. . The other never did respond back . .
Busy Bees was contacted first, was the first to respond with e-mail confirmation they could fix it. Communication via e-mail was prompt and efficient. They were promptly able to get part needed, gave me an approximate estimate and scheduled an appointment to come and fix our vehicle by 3:00 pm this afternoon.
Tony was excellent, communicated his arrival time and finished with in 45 minutes upon arrive. He was very helpful and recognized that the door key entry needed to be repaired as well. We neglected to notice that. We will be following up to have door fixed promptly.
