Grateful to Busy Bees for operating on Weekends
I was able to call Busy Bee and Sean was assigned to assist. Sean looked at my Yale electronic lock and suggested a few things to try first so as to create the least damage to my door possible. When those suggestions didn’t work, he drilled through the lock and it came out clean with no damage. I would absolutely recommend him and I’m so grateful to Busy Bee for operating on the weekends. Thank you so much Sean. I locked myself out of my new condo today right before work. I was able to call Busy Bee and Sean was assigned to assist. Sean looked at my Yale electronic lock and suggested a few things to try first so as to create the least damage to my door possible. When those suggestions didn’t work, he drilled through the lock and it came out clean with no damage.
Sean explained the different types of deadbolt locks I could use and to make sure that when I get a new lock, I get a smart key lock so that I can use the same key for both the deadbolt and the door.
I found Sean to be very knowledgeable, polite, and quick. I would absolutely recommend him and I’m so grateful to Busy Bee for operating on the weekends. Thank you thank you thank you Sean and Busy Bee.
