I always use Yelp to find services and have had pretty good sucesss. There is an expectation of what I would expect when it comes to business and customer service, and typically it’s when a business exceeds those expectations (which often most don’t even meet) or severely doesn’t meet,that I take time to write a review. My husband and I recently purchased a condo in Imperial Beach and wanted our locks rekeyed. I called Busy Bees because of their high Yelp rating, after having used them, I have to say, I can absolutely see why they are rated so high, and is the reason for this review.
Let me note the reasons why I provided a 5 star rating. I loved that they provided a small window that I had to be home for them – 30 minutes…which business in today’s world, gives you a 30 min window, most give you a 4-8 hour window of when they’ll be there, so you’re stuck waiting. They have fantastic communication and text updates saying when they’ve scheduled your call, who’s assigned to my call so I’ll know what their name is when they arrive, when they’re enroute and when it’s been completed. I’ve not worked with a company that provides all those updates and I love it. Not only did they provide the updates, but they arrived as expected and with amazing friendly and professional specialists who went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Can I say that even though there was a little miscommunication with the first guy that came out, when I called the company back, they took care of it without issue. That says a lot for a company when it comes to customer satisfaction. Both Dan and Sean who were the specialists who did my job were wonderful, truly. Please if you want to find a good… let me rephrase that… an excellent and reasonably priced locksmith – I would not look any further. You will not be disappointed.
